Shipping
- Shipping will be done within 3-4 working days of receipt of your order.
- Delivery will be around within 7-10 working days of dispatch depending on your pincode.
- All orders above Rs. 500/- will have zero shipping cost.
- Rs. 50/- will be charged as shipping cost for all orders below Rs. 500/-

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept return or exchange of Boutons.
Returns / Exchange in Case of Damage
We do thorough Quality check before shipping the products. However, we accept returns if the product is damaged during transit.
To raise a dispute, please send an email to service@theboutoncloset.com. Your email must contain name of product, order ID, Photographs of the damaged product along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 2 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 2 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of The Bouton Closet.
Returns & Refund will not be accepted in following Cases
- Incorrect or out-dated delivery address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by the courier company
- Package refused by recipient.
- Damaged product is returned beyond the required assigned return date.
- In case of minor design and colour variations.
